Login history

View Login history presents information about user logins on computers with the eAgent service installed. It provides a detailed record of user sessions, allowing analysis of device access and actual usage time within the organization.

Data is presented based on the session start. The administrator can easily narrow the scope of information by selecting predefined periods, e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days, previous year.

Columns in the view can be enabled and disabled at will - configuration is available in the column editor above the table.

Available columns:

  • Session start - date and time of the user session start.

  • Session end - date and time of the session end.

  • User - the account that was logged into the system.

  • Computer - the name of the computer where the login occurred.

  • IP - the IP address from which the login originated.

  • Structure - the organizational unit assigned to the user or computer.

  • Host ID - the unique identifier of the computer in the system.

  • Online - information whether the computer was online during the session.

Key functionalities

  • Login tracking - detailed data on session duration and users accessing computers.

  • Data filtering - ability to filter logs by user, date range, computer, or organizational structure.

  • Analysis and export - data can be exported to CSV files or other formats, supporting analysis and reporting.
