# Outgoing mail

## **Outgoing mail**

View **Outgoing mail** enables monitoring of emails sent via the Microsoft Outlook desktop application. The system allows detailed analysis of sent messages, including their attachments, recipients, and subjects. The view is divided into two tabs:

1. **Email** – details regarding sent messages.
2. **Attachments** – detailed data about attachments transmitted with messages.

### **Key functionalities**

* **Monitoring message details**:
  * Data on subjects, recipients, and attachments sent from the organization's computers.
* **Attachment analysis**:
  * Ability to view detailed attachment data, such as their name and size.
* **Data filtering**:
  * Filtering options by user, computer, recipients, subjects, and attachment size.
