Billing and licensing
eAuditor Cloud operates under the Software as a Service (SaaS):
software is hosted in the cloud,
access is provided via a web browser,
billing is conducted as a subscription (monthly or annual).
The minimum number of seats is 10 computers, and there is no upper limit – the system grows with the organization. Prices are fully transparent and publicly available.
License plans
FREE – completely free plan. Up to 100 computers, 10 GB database, 1 concurrent RTC session, no limits on administrators and devices. A good starting point for micro businesses, startups, and testing.
INV100 – Inventory and resource monitoring, 100 GB database, 3 concurrent RTC sessions, additional data storage, 1 backup.
ACT200 – Activity monitoring, 200 GB database, 5 concurrent RTC sessions, additional data storage, 1 backup, API with a limit of 1000 requests/month. Plan frequently chosen in the financial, medical, and legal sectors.
DLP300 – Full DLP module, 300 GB database, 5 concurrent RTC sessions, additional data storage, 2 backups, API with a limit of 10,000 requests/month. Designed for medium and large organizations requiring regulatory compliance and full data control.
Licensing details and cost impact
Number of computers
System licensing is based on the number of installed agents (eAgent service)that communicate with the eAuditor cloud server. Each computer running eAgent has a unique agent identifier (ID) visible in the console, e.g. 1ECFE0E3-1DA8-4E86-960E-1A5E7A18D3CB.

It is the count of these unique identifiers that forms the basis for determining the number of licenses (so-called endpoints).
The minimum number of licenses is 10 agents, while in the FREE plan the limit is up to 100 endpoints. Above this number, billing follows the selected plan.
Concurrent RTC sessions
The “concurrent RTC session” parameter defines the number of connections at a given moment that can be conducted simultaneously using the built-in remote desktop (RTC). The RTC remote desktop enables:
full takeover of device control (screen view, mouse and keyboard control),
management from the computer detail card (e.g., access to files and terminal - using the same connection technology.)
Each such active connection allocates one RTC connection. The number of currently used connections is visible in the “RTC Access”view. For example, if the plan allows 3 concurrent sessions, it is possible to run a maximum of three sessions at the same time using: desktop takeover, terminal access, file management, access to running processes and services in real time.
By starting a session we mean establishing a connection to an endpoint using one of the eAuditor RTC tools. A session can be initiated:
from the RTC Access tab (the “New session” option with endpoint selection)
the computer detail card, in the “Management” section, where the “Start” option opens a terminal window for remote management.
from the Computers view by selecting the “eAuditor RTC” tool for the specified device
Billing model
Payments are processed using Stripe, i.e., a secure operator.
Payments are made by payment card
Two subscription forms are available:
monthly,
annual – with an 8.3% discount and payment in advance for the entire year.

Managing and canceling the subscription
The subscription can be managed directly from within the system. Simply go to:
Settings → Subscription → Manage your subscription

On the management screen a button will appear Cancel subscription (in the top right corner). The cancellation process is simple and does not require contact with support.

You may cancel the subscription at any time; however, according to the terms, a 30-day notice period applies. After its completion access will be disabled automatically and subsequent payments will no longer be charged.
Changing the plan or number of seats
The subscription can be modified at any time, and changes take effect immediately:
if you increase the plan or number of seats, the system immediately raises limits and charges an adjustment to the higher value,
if you decrease the plan or number of seats, the system also applies the change immediately, and the user receives a refund proportional to the unused portion of the period.
This allows you to continuously adapt the license to the organization's needs. The system automatically recalculates funds to ensure billing is transparent and fair.
How billing works in Stripe
Stripe automatically adjusts the invoice at the moment the subscription is changed:
it issues a credit for the unused portion of the current billing period
it charges the new price or adjusted quantity rate for the remaining time in the same period
the invoice is settled immediately at the time of subscription update
Example with dates
If the subscription start falls on the 10th day of the month, the billing period runs from the 10th to the 10th of the following month.
On the 15th day of the month the customer decides to upgrade the plan
Stripe calculates a credit for the unused time of the old plan (from the 15th to the 10th)
that amount is subtracted from the price of the new plan for the period from the 15th to the end of the current cycle
from the 10th day of the next month the new plan applies at full price
Pricing example
plan ACT200: 4.40 zł per seat, 10 seats
total 44.00 zł for 30 days
after 5 days the customer changes the plan to DLP300: 6.20 zł per seat, 10 seats
The system:
calculates the cost of 5 days of the old plan
treats the remaining amount as a credit
charges the proportional price of the new plan for the remaining 25 days
subtracts the credit from the old plan from the cost of the new one
In the next billing period the customer pays the full rate for the new plan, i.e., 6.20 zł x 10 seats for the entire period.
In short - you pay only for what you actually use. No manual adjustments and no unnecessary invoice complications.
Summary
The eAuditor Cloud philosophy is simple – you start with what you truly need today, and the system grows with you. You do not need to invest immediately in the most comprehensive package. However, you can be confident that when your organization expands, eAuditor cloud will seamlessly meet new requirements and provide scalability and security without hidden costs.
