Trigger Exceeded working time allows monitoring of user activity outside specified working hours. The system records violations when a user uses a computer outside the defined schedule or on days when work is not permitted.
Trigger configuration
1
Selection of working days
Using checkboxes specify the days on which work is permitted.
If a day is not selected, any activity on that day will be treated as a violation.
2
Defining the time range
Working time is defined as time intervals in the 24-hour system (e.g., 08:00–18:00).
You can set any number of time intervals that will define the permitted hours of user activity.
Example of use
Objective: Control of work outside 08:00–18:00.
Configuration:
Permitted working days: Monday through Friday.
Time range: 08:00–18:00.
Actions:
Display a message to the user about working outside permitted hours.
Automatic shutdown of the computer.
Screen recording of the user's activity for verification.
Summary
Trigger Exceeded working time provides precise monitoring of user activity during specified hours and working days. By enabling definition of actions in case of violations, it supports enforcement of security policies and management of working time within the organization.
