Triggers

Tab Triggers enables management of mechanisms that initiate the operation of DLP policies. Triggers are triggers that start specific actions or notifications according to user configuration. They allow defining “situations” that must occur in order to activate a given DLP rule.

Example: A trigger can be a file deletion by a user – this event will initiate the rule’s operation.

In the newly opened tab there is an area with the text “When it happens...”. This is precisely where you configure the triggers responsible for initiating the operation of the rule in the system.
