# Eksport danych

## Eksport danych do plików

System umożliwia eksportowanie danych do plików CSV, ODS, XLSX, XML z każdej tabeli dostępnej w systemie w celu dalszej analizy lub archiwizacji. Funkcja ta pozwala na szybkie pobranie aktualnie wyświetlanych danych i wykorzystanie ich poza systemem.

### Jak wykonać eksport danych

1. Przejdź do wybranej tabeli w systemie.
2. W prawym górnym rogu tabeli kliknij ikonę pliku ze strzałką (eksport).
3. Dane zostaną zapisane do pliku w wybranym formacie i pobrane na komputer użytkownika.

**Informacja**

Przed wykonaniem eksportu można skorzystać z [filtrów](/rozpoczecie-pracy/quickstart/filtrowanie.md) opisanych w innym wpisie dokumentacji.

Po zastosowaniu filtrów eksportowane dane są zgodne z aktualnym widokiem tabeli, co umożliwia uzyskanie spersonalizowanych zestawów danych, np.:

* tylko komputery z określonym systemem operacyjnym,
* użytkownicy logujący się do komputerów w wybranym przedziale czasowym.
