# Installing RTC Agent

RTC Agent is a required component for establishing an RTC connection with a computer managed in eAuditor. The installation can be initiated remotely directly from the system console.

After RTC Agent is installed, the computer can be used to establish RTC sessions and use remote management functions.

### RTC Agent installation

#### Go to the computers view

Go to:

**IT Infrastructure -> Computers -> All**

#### Select a computer

In the list, find the computer on which you want to install RTC Agent.

#### Open the Actions menu

Click the **Actions** for the selected computer.

From the available tools, select **Install RTC**.

To trigger the action **press and hold the icon**.

After selecting the option **Install RTC** the system sends an installation task to the computer.

**IT Management -> Tasks -> Logs**

### After installation

After RTC Agent is installed successfully, the computer is prepared to establish an RTC connection.
