Filtering and search
View Computers allows you to search for devices and narrow results using filters. You can search the entire table or filter data in a selected column.
To open the table, go to:
Functions > IT Infrastructure > Computers
Search across the entire table
Field Search allows you to quickly find a computer based on information available in the table.
Column filtering
Column filtering lets you narrow results based on data from one specific column. Depending on the data type, you can enter text or select one of the available values.
Among other uses, column filters can be helpful when searching computers by:
user,
connection status,
organizational structure,
operating system,
eAgent version,
IP address,
date of last connection.
Available criteria depend on the type of data in the selected column.
Combining search and filters
Searching the entire table and column filters can be used at the same time. This allows you to progressively narrow the device list.
For example, you can:
select in the column Online computers with the Offline status,
limit results to a specific operating system,
then use the Search, to find a specific computer or user.
Removing filters
To display the full list of computers again:
Refreshing data
The refresh icon is located in the upper-right corner of the table. Click it to reload and display the current data available in the view.

Navigating between pages
If the number of computers is greater than the number of rows displayed on one page, the table is divided into multiple pages.
At the bottom of the table, the following are available:
current page number,
number of available pages,
button Previous,
button Next.
Changing pages does not remove the entered search and filtering criteria.

Column settings
The column settings icon is located next to the refresh button. It lets you choose which columns are visible in the table and change their order.
A detailed description of this feature is available on the page Views and tabs.
