# Installation

Section **Installation** contains operations related to deploying additional components and removing eAgent.

| Action                  | Operation                                                                                                                                     |
| ----------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Remote installation** | Enables remote installation of MSI packages and EXE files.                                                                                    |
| **Install RTC**         | Installs the component required for a remote desktop connection.                                                                              |
| **Uninstall agent**     | Removes the eAgent service from selected computers.                                                                                           |
| **WTM Installation**    | Installs an icon on the user's desktop that enables viewing information shared by the administrator. The feature is currently in preparation. |

#### Remote installation

Function **Remote installation** enables deployment of MSI packages and EXE files on selected computers.

#### RTC Installation

Action **Install RTC** installs on the device the component required to use remote desktop.

#### Uninstalling eAgent

Action **Uninstall agent** removes the eAgent service from the selected computer.

After uninstalling eAgent, the device will stop sending data to eAuditor cloud, and further remote operations will no longer be possible. Restoring the connection requires reinstalling eAgent.

Uninstalling eAgent is not the same as removing the computer entry from eAuditor cloud. The device remains in the system and continues to use a license until it is removed manually.
